About EverTransit
We make dispatch, booking, and billing software for transportation companies. It started because we were running fleets ourselves and could not find software that worked the way the business actually does.
EverTransit started in 2012. We were running transportation businesses and working with software that did not fit. It was built by people who had never dispatched a car, priced for fleets much larger than ours, and missing the things we needed every day.
So we built our own. It handled the bookings, the dispatch board, the driver payouts and the invoicing, and it worked the way we already ran the business.
That software became EverTransit. It is now the dispatching platform behind hundreds of transportation companies, from single-vehicle operations to large fleets, and we still build it around what the job actually requires.
How we work
You will not have to explain what a farm-out is, or why the 4am airport run prices differently. We ran fleets before we built this, so the workflows already match how the job gets done.
Import the trips and customers you already have instead of retyping them. Training is free, on-site setup is available for larger fleets, and your data stays exportable the whole time you are with us.
