One completed trip booked and dispatched through EverTransit, from pickup to drop-off. Each plan includes a set number of rides per month (25 on Launch, 150 on Growth, 350 on Professional, 500 on Network). Rides above that are billed at the Additional Ride Cost shown in the table. Cancelled rides don't count.
A one-time charge when you activate a paid plan, shown in the last row of the table. It covers configuring your account, pricing zones, notifications and driver settings so you're dispatching on day one. It isn't charged during the free trial, and Enterprise set-up is quoted with your plan.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account and your billing adjusts automatically at the next cycle. You won't pay the set-up fee again.
Your Launch trial ends. Starting on day 20 you'll see reminders in the portal, and at day 30 we'll ask you to add a card and pick the plan you want to continue on. If you don't, the account pauses. No charges are made without a card on file.
