The new platform will help you respond to ride requests faster, generate intelligent quotes, follow up with customers, and identify more opportunities to turn inquiries into bookings. A unified view of rides, customers, and communications will help your team stay on top of every opportunity.
We expect to begin a limited beta in October, expand the beta across the system in November, and complete integration by the end of the year. New capabilities will be introduced in stages, with some included in the platform and others available as options.
